API Integration Services

Connect your CRM, website, SaaS tools, payments and internal systems with reliable APIs, webhooks and custom integration logic.

Custom API Integrations Built Around the Business Process

I build API integrations when two or more systems need to exchange data but their standard connectors do not cover the full workflow. The work can include authentication, webhooks, data mapping, transformation, syncing, business rules, error handling and custom middleware.

The goal is to make the integration dependable in day-to-day use, not simply prove that two APIs can communicate. I map what should happen, when it should happen, what happens when data is missing, and where a person should still review or approve an action.

Recent projects include CRM integrations, GoHighLevel workflows, franchise-platform integrations, payment and accounting connections, dental/business systems, dashboards and custom SaaS applications.

What I Handle in an API Integration

REST APIs & Webhooks

Connect REST APIs and webhook events so information moves between systems at the right point in the workflow.

Authentication & Security

Implement API keys, OAuth and token-based authentication while keeping credentials and sensitive data out of public-facing code.

Data Mapping & Transformation

Translate fields, formats and IDs between systems so each application receives the data structure it expects.

Two-Way Sync

Design one-way or two-way synchronization with clear source-of-truth rules to reduce duplicates and conflicting updates.

Custom Business Logic

Add conditional routing, calculations, matching, validation and workflow rules when a standard connector is not enough.

Monitoring & Error Handling

Build logging, retries, alerts and exception paths so failed requests can be found and resolved rather than silently losing data.

CRM & Marketing Integrations

I work with GoHighLevel, Keap/Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, HubSpot and custom CRM systems. Typical integrations connect website forms, lead sources, pipelines, appointments, email/SMS follow-up, internal teams and external SaaS tools.

For deeper GoHighLevel work, see my GoHighLevel automation and integration services.

Payments, Accounting & SaaS

My API work has included payment gateways and billing platforms such as Stripe, PayPal and other merchant services, along with accounting, reporting and custom SaaS applications. I also build integrations around WordPress, Shopify and custom PHP/Node/Laravel applications.

When no-code automation is a better fit, I use n8n or Zapier and add custom code only where the workflow needs more control.

Recent Example: FranFlow

FranFlow is a white-label GoHighLevel CRM that connects with FranServe.com through APIs. The integration keeps FranServe in the franchise workflow while using GoHighLevel to cover CRM and automation requirements that go beyond FranServe’s native capabilities.

This is the type of integration I focus on: keep the systems that already matter to the business, then create the API and workflow layer needed to make them operate together.

API Integration Questions

Can you connect two platforms if there is no Zapier integration?
Usually, yes, if the platforms expose an API, webhook or another supported method for exchanging data. I can build a direct integration or use custom middleware between the systems.
Can you integrate GoHighLevel with a custom SaaS platform?
Yes. I can use GoHighLevel APIs and webhooks together with the other platform’s API to create lead, contact, opportunity, appointment and workflow integrations based on the project requirements.
Do you build one-way and two-way data sync?
Yes. The right approach depends on which system should be the source of truth, how conflicts should be handled and whether updates need to happen in real time or on a schedule.
Can you fix an existing API integration?
Yes. I can review authentication, request/response handling, field mapping, webhook delivery, duplicate records, rate limits, retries and logging to identify where an existing integration is failing.

Have Two Systems That Need to Work Together?

Share the platforms, what data needs to move and what the final workflow should do. I can help map the integration and build the right API, webhook or automation layer.
